The world has changed in the last 18 months and so has my living situation. One positive about this more remote lifestyle, is I can now teach you yoga in the comfort of your own space wherever you may be in the world. Many of my classes & workshops are taught virtually and it opens up doors to connecting with beautiful humans from all around the world.

Me personally, I am between Southern California & British Colombia…with some exotic locations sprinkled in.
