Apart from my weekly class schedule, I also offer 1 - 1 yoga & meditation and private yoga events.
With an emphasis on the balance between effort and ease, I help you to strengthen your body through yoga and breath. I provide powerful, yet thoughtful yoga sequences to promote both physical and spiritual well-being.
